Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Nude Project pieces; if you're not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Access the Portal

  Visit our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for each to help us improve.

• 3.
  Download Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
